Therapy at Gorion is direct, warm, and collaborative. We work with adults on anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship problems, and major life transitions. Our deepest experience is in trauma and in the pressures that come with high-responsibility work.We use methods with real evidence behind them: CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy. But a session is a conversation, and it should go somewhere. If nothing is changing between appointments, we're not doing our job.Virtual sessions available across New Jersey and in-person available in Union and Morris County, NJ. Most insurance accepted.

Some jobs put you in front of the worst days of other people's lives, over and over, and then expect you to go home like it was nothing.Along with regular flavor adult issues, we specialize in treating veterans, service members desiring non-DoD/DoW affiliated care, police, fire, EMS, dispatchers, corrections officers, and frontline medical staff.As our providers are combat veterans, you won't have to explain the job, defend the culture, or sanitize the details before you talk about them.
